OFF THE FLOOR — TERMS AND CONDITIONS

WELCOME TO OFF THE FLOOR
These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for purchasing from Off The Floor (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By placing an order through our website or in-store, you agree to the following terms.

1. PRODUCTS SOLD “VOETSTOOTS” (AS-IS)

All items are sold voetstoots—meaning “as is.”
Although our items are new, they are sold in the condition displayed and described on our website or in store.
We take care to provide accurate product images and descriptions. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept the product as presented.


2. CUSTOMER INSPECTION & ELECTRONICS CHECK

To ensure full satisfaction and safety:

General Items

Customers are encouraged to thoroughly inspect all products before purchasing or collecting. This includes checking for color, size, condition, and suitability.

Electronic Units

For safety and functionality, all electronic items must be tested in-store before leaving the premises.
Once the item has been taken from the store or collected, the condition is considered accepted by the customer.

This step protects both the customer and Off The Floor by confirming that the item is in proper working condition at the time of purchase.


3. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

Orders can be placed online or in store.

Online Orders
• Payments may be made via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).
• Proof of payment may be sent to us, but items will only be released once payment reflects in our bank account.
• No goods will be reserved or dispatched until payment has cleared.

In-Store Purchases
• We offer secure payment facilities in-store.
• Payment must be made in full before collection or delivery.


4. DELIVERY ARRANGEMENTS

Delivery is not included in product prices.
Delivery will be arranged separately once your order is confirmed.
Courier fees depend on the size, weight, and destination of the item.


5. OWNERSHIP AND RISK

Ownership transfers to you once full payment has been received.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the item is collected by you or the appointed courier.


6. REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Because items are sold voetstoots (as-is), refunds and returns are not accepted, except when:
• an incorrect item was supplied, or
• an error occurred on our part. ( PLEASE REMOVE THIS BULLET POINT )
