1. Are your products second-hand?
No. Off The Floor is not a second-hand store. All our products are new, carefully curated, and sourced from local manufacturers, artisans, and trusted suppliers.
2. Do you manufacture the items yourselves?
Our supplier is a local online retailer who carefully vet their vendors, while we do not manufacture items in-house, we focus on collaborating with innovative creators to bring unique, high-quality pieces to our customers.
3. Do you offer custom furniture or décor?
No we do not at this present point.
4. Where is your store located?
Our store is located in Cape Town, and we are easily accessible to customers traveling from near and far.

5. Are all items displayed in-store available online?
Our store moves fast! While we do our best to keep the website up to date, certain items may sell out quickly. If you see something you love, contact us and we’ll confirm availability or suggest similar alternatives.
6. Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we offer delivery throughout Cape Town and surrounding areas. Delivery fees depend on the size of the item and location.
Nationwide delivery can be arranged — contact us for a quote.
7. How often do you get new stock?
We are an ever-evolving store, with new décor, furniture, and rugs arriving regularly. Follow us on social media or visit the store often to see the latest arrivals.
8. Can we become a supplier for Off The Floor?
Yes! We are always looking for local manufacturers and innovators to partner with.

9. Do you offer interior styling advice?

slight variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings. Seeing the item in-store is recommended for exact colour and texture.
