Warehouse & Assembly Assistant
Location: Milnerton, Cape Town
Job Type: Full-Time
Off The Floor is looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our team as a Warehouse & Assembly Assistant. We are a fast-growing furniture and lifestyle retailer, and we need someone who is physically fit, hands-on, and able to work closely with the company’s shareholders on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble furniture and related products accurately and efficiently
- Assist with loading, offloading, and general warehouse duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse area
- Support shareholders with day-to-day operational tasks
- Use initiative and common sense to solve problems on the spot
- Perform quality checks on assembled items
- Ensure all tasks are completed within given timeframes
Requirements:
- Physically strong and fit (lifting, moving, and manual handling required)
- Good with assembling furniture
- Able to work well with shareholders and team members
- Strong use of initiative and practical problem-solving skills
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- No transport provided — candidate must be able to get to and from work independently
- Full-time availability

Business Administrator
Location: Milnerton, Cape Town
Job Type: Full-Time
Off The Floor is seeking a professional, well-spoken Business Administrator with strong administrative skills and solid financial understanding. The ideal candidate is reliable, demonstrates sober habits, and has previous experience handling administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position and includes two Saturdays off per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day administrative duties to support business operations
- Manage filing systems, documents, invoicing, and general office organization
- Assist with basic financial tasks, including reconciliations, data capturing, and record keeping
- Communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, and internal team members
- Support management with reporting, scheduling, and coordination tasks
- Use initiative and maintain accuracy in all admin-related work
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements:
- Graduate qualification (Business, Administration, Finance, or related fields preferred)
- Strong financial literacy and understanding of basic business finance
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administrative roles
- Well-spoken with excellent communication skills
- Sober habits and strong professional conduct
- Computer literate (MS Office, email, spreadsheets)
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Full-time availability, with two Saturdays off per month
