Refund and Returns Policy
At Off The Floor, we strive to ensure every item meets our quality standards. Because all products are sold voetstoots (as-is), all sales are final.
If you receive the incorrect item or there has been an error on our part, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for review:
• The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
• You must provide proof of purchase and photos of the issue.
If your request is approved, we will offer one of the following:
• A replacement (if available), or
• A refund for the purchase price (excluding courier costs).
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
